Where is Indianapolis headed?

With a mayoral election for Indy looming near... what key issues will dominate the conversation and determine the next mayor. For me, I wonder where the city is headed. I find the Indy metroplex to be a resource rich and intellectually stimulating place to live. But, where will we be in 5 years? 10 years?
