I was energized to try another video after attending your session on BlogIN un-conference using Windows Movie maker. I find the software very user friendly and could add effects and transitions etc. I also experimented with ivideo on the Mac but the latter was more complicated and I found it hard to add effects although the features on ivideo were more varied than those offered by Windows. I had a hard time putting text in my vid clips in ivideo - it cuts my clip into 2 frames at the point after I add my text. Have you experienced that? Also I have another question on editing with windows movie maker - I have audio from the vid clips but wants to use music instead. Is there a way I can mute out the talking and override it with music? I used the extraction tool but can still hear the voices on top of the music. Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
