Hi Roy! I just noticed on the Referrals, Referrals, Referrals page that you had expressed an interest in the Doing It Downtown group a while back. Come play and have fun with us! We are growing and have some good people willing to be involved. Our next event is on May 12th at Zing restaurant from 11 to 1. Just go the the events page, and click on the Doing It Downtown event. You can RSVP from that page. We would love to meet you, especially me. I am seeking creative hairdesigners with creative clients (or those who wish to engage their creative muses) to network with. I am an image consultant, and downtown is a spot in which I am going to build business.

How wonderful to hear your story...thank you so much for sharing it!

I'm in my 12th year with Indpls. WOmen's Chorus...if you haven't seen us (or seen us recently), you should check out our next concert, called Sound Sport, on 11/16 at the Eiteljorg Museum c...will be very cool. We are not an ordinary choir. :)

In addition to the chorus, I teach music improvisation...just led a workshop at the Indiana Women's Prison. I also teach workshops on chant and creativity...will be at a women's drumming workshop in October. Music is still a huge part of my life, thankfully (though I never managed to earn a living with it.)

I'm married (21 years now) to my college sweetheart (Eric Hinkle) and we have 2 daughters, Ruth (16) and Aletha (8). We've been living on the NW side (44th/Kessler area) since we returned to Indianapolis in 1995 (we lived in Pittburgh PA for about a decade).

Look forward to seeing you at the Smaller INdiana meeting for SPirit & Place!
