Patric Welch Nine minutes and you will never listen to our national anthem the same ever again

Please allow me to take a tiny break from technology to share with you a video that was sent to me by a good friend of mine earlier this week. Actually, I received an audio-only version but found the corresponding video version (audio plus some accompanying slides) on YouTube. The video tells an amazing story of Francis Scott Key and how he was forced to watch a British attack on Fort McHenry. And it is this very story that is now played out hundreds of times each day through the playing of our… Continue

Patric Welch Just how good is that free GPS you get when opening a new bank account?

I cringe every time I hear about a bank giving away a free digital camera or other consumer electronics product when you open a new account. I always feel like a secret agent when I enter my room by inserting the card and waiting for the light to turn green. I even love the security of these cards since nowhere on the card is your room number printed. The downside to t… Continue

Chad Myers 8 Simple Rules - To Developing a Successful Website

Do you remember the TV show 8 Simple Rules with John Ritter? Well, this blog has nothing to do with that show, but it does have a lot to do with the 8 Simple Rules of Developing a Website.
