Binkley's New Chef (from Capital Grille) and Bar Manager (From Bin 36)

Hey guys,

Just to share a little foodie info with y'all, Binkley's recently upped their game by adding Aaron Cooke, former Capital Grille chef, and Rob Diaz, formerly of the famous Bin 36 in Chicago. These guys are really stepping up the game of the neighborhood eatery, which I already liked--but now Rob is making sure some very good and up-and-coming bottles of wine get on the list, and there are 40 glasses for under $10. Cook is introducing things like pork belly little by little, and all I can say is, FINALLY--this coastal '07 trend makes it to Indy neighborhoods! More in my latest video on Nuvo.
