Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

Ron Brumbarger

Business Analyst and Business Development Manager

Fellow Smooshiers,

As the President and CEO of BitWise Solutions for over 16 years, I have worked with many professionals from many parts of the nation. However, as I look back, I recognize the immense value that fellow Hoosiers have brought to the table over countless projects and engagements. The unique Hoosier spirit is made up of hard work, dedication, and innovative ideas, all things we cultivate here at BitWise. Our current team is made up of some of the brightest minds in Indiana with relevant job knowledge and experience that would be hard to find elsewhere.

Now, at BitWise Solutions we are looking for two more astute and experienced professionals to accommodate our new growth. Since Smaller Indiana is such a hot bed of exceptional Hoosiers, I thought I would personally let you know about this opportunity. We are now accepting and reviewing resumes for two positions, Business Development Manager and Business Analyst. If you or someone you know would be interested, please look over the job descriptions (links below).

My good friend Ben McCann was kind enough to post the job descriptions on Catalistjobs (another great Ning site by the way). You will have to use your Ning ID (Smaller Indiana login) to login into Catalistjobs to view the full job descriptions.

Business Development Manager
Our Business Development Managers are responsible for engaging new prospective clients for the company and closing sales. As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for qualifying prospective client’s Web needs, creatively collaborating on a solid solution, and translating such into a formal proposal. Additionally, you will maintain and continuously improve the company’s competitive position in the market.

Business Analyst
Business Analysts lead the discovery phase of our engagements while cautiously and accurately articulating the corresponding business requirements, functional specifications and technical requirements. Additionally, some front-end engagement management is required as we work closely with the client and the other professionals within our firm to capture the scope of work related to a new engagement. This is neither a project management nor business development position; however, a keen eye for additional opportunities is a must.
