Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

Just curious if you have come across a strategy for Indiana or even Indianapolis? If so, please share it.

I've been toying with the idea of developing a strategy for Indiana regarding the life sciences industry. I don't completely like this concept because focusing solely on life sciences is not holistic. But it's what I know. So I thought I would get input from Smaller Indiana. You know other stuff and can help contribute to developing an Indiana (or maybe just Indy) strategy.

It might be easiest if we start with a SWOT analysis. Offer your opinions regarding strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with your comments.
