Making people and ideas findable

I'm asked on a regular basis what I think of Compendium. I decided it made sense to post a blog with my thoughts based on research and discussions with others in the SEO biz. Bottom line- Compendium is exploiting an opening in Google's algorithm that could close at any time. I also noted my ideas on how to keep the platform viable if Google does make the changes I think they eventually will, which would punish many of Compendium's blogs.

Nat, if you guys do get a meeting set, can you send me a twitter dm, I need to be in Indy next week for a meeting anyway. I posted on this conversation finally this morning and I'm probably missing some of the finer points but I can see both perspectives for sure.

I just got over the flu and am catching up. I can't make that event, Chris. Next week thursday or friday? 12th or 13th?

sounds like we got some interest.

Just a heads up. I will be at this event tonight. I'm guessing that a few on this string might also be interested. Please introduce yourself if you see me:

I would defer to Chris Baggott on this since I think he has a busier schedule than me in terms of travel, etc.
If Chris wants to throw some dates/times out there I'm sure we can find a place if Bruge doesn't work. (I'm sure it will though since I know some of the folks over there).

Sorry for my delayed entrance into this chat, I can plan on being in Indy although for me personally the 5th and the 7th are not good dates. The 4th and 6th work for those that desire a weekday afternoon. Now, I'm no SEO expert, but I am quite interested in the conversation if it works for others.

If there's beer there, I might have to sit in on that discussion...any plans to make a formal date?
