Glad that you like my"opening music" on 'My Page'. Rush (the band) is so special to me, music I grew up on. The percussionist Neal Peart, a very technical artist & writer - lost both his only daughter and then wife in less than a year at one point in the past (terrible)...he took a 55,000 mile motorcycle journey to find a 'reason' to live - a reason for life. Thanks for the comments to me > infinite blessings . . . B E M
Well I don't have my own kayak as of yet either but the good thing is there are plenty of places to rent one in Indiana. Thanks for the Friend invitation, I am sure you would be great company on a kayaking trip. Stopping on a kayaking trip to do yoga all day would be enlightning I think?
Hi Jeren, sorry I've been slow to respond. I had a lot of family stuff during the past few weeks. I know! Happy birthday to be :) I'm on the fence right now--I may be going out of town this weekend...but if I don't, I'll let you know. We should do drinks!
I saw that you were on the Business Roundtable Network (BRN) discussion in Smaller Indiana. We have our biggest event in our short history (Jan. 2009 until now) coming up next week. If ever there was a time to get involved with BRN now would be the time. We provide the support and exchange of expertise needed in this economy. We need a core of people (50) who are truly committed to helping each other get through this economy and thrive.
It would be great to have you as a part of that.
Hope to see you next Thursday. See details below.
Thursday, April 30th
4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
At Conquest Racing Headquarters
Get additional information and register in advance by going to our website: www.brncommunity.com
We need you to register because food is being provided by Z’s Oyster Bar and Steakhouse – excellent!
We need numbers so we get the right amount of food!

I hope to see you there.

Hi Jeren,
To answer your 1st question, I rarely (if ever) accept "friend requests" on FB from anyone I dont know personally, mostly use it just for keeping in touch with college friends & family, not for networking. I used to be involved in Rainmakers but found it hard to attend meetings regularly. I have just started to use this site a lot more & plan to start attending the "North side Networker" groups again. I would be glad to discuss this opportunity and/or potential referrals at your convenience.
Greeting Jeren!
Welcome to Smaller INdiana and congratulations on becoming a SMOOSIER! If you have any questions about the site. Don't hesitate to ask! We would love to hear from you.
We exist because we love the state of Indiana. We want to see it become the premiere place to live and work.
The two really go hand in hand. Glad you liked the video. I was really pleased with the way it turned out. You get a feel for what the room felt like..
Welcome to Smaller Indiana. I think you will find this is a little different then most Social Networks. The community is active both on and off line. Check out some of our groups and events for information on what is going on around the state.
A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account
2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo
3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.
