I am certainly in the "pro" camp too, Joe. After having sold several homes to folks who got that
credit, I've seen first hand that much of that credit is going back into the market to buy durable
goods and pay down debt. And as Joe states, many people are making money on the transaction
itself that will enable them to buy durable goods, pay taxes, pay down debt, keep their homes. As
you'll notice in the economic forecast I gave a link to in the forum, consumer spending is critical to
our nation's economic recovery.

I've seen folks talking on the phone while they drive. (I use an earpiece now that I am driving a
5 speed.) I haven't seen anyone making a video yet. :-)
