1. Identify local bloggers to give "testimonials" to kick off event
2. Set up online information page, registration form and unconference topic board
3. Recruit local bloggers who can ead break out sessions
4. Develop "key word" strategy for Blog Stunt
Basic flow of day:
1. 12 - 1pm (pre-conference activity)
2. 1PM - Open, blog testimonials, finish unconference board
3. 2-2:50 break outs
4. 3-3:50 break outs
5. 4-4:50 break outs
6. 5-5:30 Closing

Are you thinking of any presentations in the Pecha Kucha format? Seems like a natural fit for this conference. As a former meeting planner, I'd also encourage you to rethink only 10 minutes between sessions unless you don't want any conversation and networking to occur during that time. Or keep the 50-minute sessions but put a 30-minute networking break in around 3 p.m.

I like the idea of the Pecha Kucha format. don't know enough about it. do you have a sample or write up, i think we need short bio breaks . maybe we tighten up the front end by ten to allow for the longer break at 3
