I seem to remember there is a tent company somewhere in the Lafayette area. I know Indiana has some tent providers, because they used to put up tents at the Kosciusko County Fair.

I helped with the planning of the Taste of Mooresville, benefiting Riley Hospital, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Morgan County. We too needed tents, and I can't remember off the top of my head who it was that we got them from as an in-kind donation.. I am checking into it currently to get you a response as quickly as possible.

I would suggest A Calssic Party Rentals.....don't know if they can donate it but they are the best in town. I know the guys that run it and they are very good. here is their web address: http://www.aclassicpartyrental.com/
