Making people and ideas findable

I started riding again last summer. I ride a 1985 Honda Magna. I am also working on rebuilding a 1980 Yamaha 850 Triple.

Riding 6 years. Graduated from Yamaha 650 to BMW RT to BMW GS (2) to Ducati Multistrada. Just sold a couple of dual sports. Favorite riding east of the Mississippi is west NC, eastern TN, northern GA.

Riding 26 years, currently riding a Honda VTX 1800R. I ride mostly for the joy of the journey but also commute when the morning temp is above 45 (140 mile round trip).

Riding for about 12 years starting with a 1980 Maxim 550 Yamaha I inherited from myh dad when he go too old to ride to work every day. I am currently retro styling it as a cafe racer. After the 550 I had a 1995 Honda Pacific Coast. I totaled it and now have a 2005 BMW R1200 GS.

I live in Bloomington which in my opinion is the perfect launching point for any fantastic ride into Southern Indiana. I would be more than happy to help organize any twisting-hilly ride, paved or less than well paved.

I generally like to ride alone except for when I ride with other people who prefer to ride alone. Hopefully some of you will understand that without explanation.

Ths salt has now been washed away in the flood and my right wrist is getting twitchy!

I ride a 2006 Honda 1300 VTX. I started riding a 1993 Suzuki 800 Intruder in 2005. I ride with my husband most of the time (he is on a 2003 (I think) Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan) . We also ride with the Honda Riders Club out of Noblesville Honda. We leave 6:30 on Tuesday nights starting April 22...come join us!

I just started last year and I have two motorcycles. My smaller 260 scooter for running around town and my 650 Yamaha V-twin for longer rides.

I've been riding for 8 years. I currently have a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard M50. Riding for me is my way to escape the hectic world of technology, cellular phones and e-mail. Every year I try to do a good long distance ride. Last year it was Orlando, FL and back. This year I'm considering the same (have to be there for work) and a trip either to the Northeast or the Dakotas.

I started riding 2 years ago and bought a yamaha Vstar Classic 650. It's a lil weak these days but still gets me to and from where I need to go while getting over 45mpg. I use mine as a daily commuter when weather permits and joy rider whenever I can. I like southern Indiana riding and would like to do Route 66 someday...just not on this bike.

I started riding on the street in 1985 on a 1984 Honda VF700S Sabre. Then a brief stint on a Yamaha (can't recall the model) was followed by my current bike, a 2005 Honda Shadow Aero. My dream bike is a red and black Harley-Davidson Road King Classic.
When I brought my Aero home in the summer of 05', my wife decided she wanted to start riding too. She first rode around our neighborhood on our son's XR80, then we bought her a Honda Rebel 250. After riding that for several months, passing the MSF course and earning her license, we bought her a red and black 2006 Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster Custom. She loves it but now wants an H-D Softail Deluxe or a Heritage Softail Classic.

Having a riding spouse is great because you always have a riding buddy!

Very nice! How do you like it versus the Magna? I'll bet the handling and especially throttle response is quite difference!

Once I got over the lost horses from leaving the inline 4 and v-4 world I found I really like the broad torque curve of the vtwin...

The response is completely difference. The thing that is most different is the drive shaft rather than chain.

You'll love the C50. My M50 is the best bike I've ever owned. Just put gas in it and change the oil every once in a while and it won't let you down. :)
