Human Performance Improvement. I interview leadership and operations personnel to identify performance needs and gaps then provide or create the best cost-effective intervention. I support Finance, IT, Legal, Six Sigma, Compliance, HR, Procurement, and Coporate Strategy Business Development.

Loved your post today about Silicon Valley. So valuable to have a returning veteran tell us the story from a first person perspective. Also, glad you see Smaller Indiana might be part of the future solution!! Seems like we ought to continue this thread - offline perhaps - in the near future. Should I call for a meetup??
