I saw your information about incorporating and such.... you can call a local attorney here in Indy. Just tell him I told you to call him and he will talk to you for FREE and tell you what you need to know over the phone. You can then take it or leave it. I am a paralegal and do contract work for several attorneys.... I have seen some of the aftermath of people trying to save a few bucks doing things solo. When you're talking about your business and incorporating, there's a lot more to it than just filing a few pieces of paper and picking out a name! Much more! That's why I suggest you call Chuck Roach! His number is 317-888-7620. OR, you can go online to www.croachlaw.com but it would be much better if you called him and actually spoke with him about it so you can get your questions answered directly! He's a super nice guy and should you decide to use his services, they are extremely reasonable! Even though I do so much paralegal work, I had him do my contracts and such. He handles all my business needs and it's always top notch.
