Indy's Newest Magazine

Good afternoon SMIN friends! As a contract graphic designer one of my most exciting clients is a new, local, monthly publication. The new magazine, called Indy Magazine, launched June 19, 2008. As you can guess, it is all about Indy and it's surrounding areas. Each month the magazine will feature one of Indy's finest residents, business spotlight, band of the month, restaurant review, health and fitness, personal finances, legal advice, environmental topics, fashion and beauty t… Continue

Book Drive to sponsor Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's Guys and Dolls auction.

The book drive will work in two steps. 1. Collection: For a month, all of July, we will have several drop off locations. We're asking anyone who thinks they can help to please put a box out with a sign in their offices, churches, any community area. I will provide both box and sign. The sign will advertise CFF and Guys and Dolls. If you have any books or magazines of your own you would like to donate, but not able to help with a drop off station please let me know and I'll find a way to get th… Continue

Yeah, I was there, but I didn't see you. Addison and I were grabbing some stuff for dinner. I see that you are a graphic designer. So is my fiance, Katy Lucas. She's on Smaller Indiana too, the two of you should connect! I hope all is well.

We can def. talk about the coding function. We have a developer that will lay out design. I will not be at BR tomorrow but can I give you a call tomorrow, PM?

Yes, definitely want to talk about that too, I am seeing her this weekend and would like to know a little more before I talk to her about it.

Hey Stacey! Are you going to be at Rainmakers Broad Ripple tomorrow? If you could bring those pictures from the Young Survivors event we could get that taken care of then.

I would welcome the opportunity to sit down to chat over coffee sometime to learn more about your business. Let me know what works best on your schedule. With the exception of Monday 11.17 from 11-1PM and all day Friday the 21st I am fairly open next week. Just let me know what works best for you and where you would like to meet. As for your question, I think it has more to do with your Profile and how it is written. It gives the impression that you might have done some development of materials in addition to graphic designs. I wouldn't take out the Indy Magazine as it is a great representation of your work.

Sorry about that afet your last response I was looking at your profile and not your company website. As I mentioned my friend has a program design business. A lot of it has been in the IT arena. We both used to be National Directors at ITT Educational Services in Carmel and he went off and started his own company. I was thinking that he might be a valuable resource to you. I also have several companies that I work with that have graphic design needs from time to time. The one company that I have been working with has been stretched of late and I am looking to identify secondary vendors for them when they have needs.
