My company is looking for someone to help with flash graphics and banners for our website in (beta) Our website is based toward aspiring talent within the hip hop music industry. We offer a free members area, for any fan, artists, business, corp,dj,producer, manager, etc to further advertise themselves. Our site was created through ning, as was this site. We also have a homepage which is designed around pixel advertising, which we will be charging for. I have a company designing the website, but I am also interested in others creativity. Any Ideas? Thanks for your time. - Jeremy / Ceo Grind Time Enterprises LLc

Hi Brooke.

I work in public relations, and like connecting with graphics/web designers. Let's connect here, and if you're using linkedin, let's connect there too.

I like you work. Very nice.

I usually have the opposite problem. It's never perfect enough to put online. That's why my blogs look so much much like the default Kubrick theme. Then, at least I can say they are informational and not designed.

Feel free to delete this message, I try not to call people out in public. I tried your contact form on your site:

Saw you on SmallerIndiana. Come to your site. Noticed the navigation buttons flicker. You might look into making the hover and no hover part of the same image and crop it. This will "preload" the hover image.
