There isn't a function that can allow you to send a message to all members. If you are wanting to promote yourself and your company we advise using the Forum section for doing that. If you look on the right on the page ----> and scroll to the bottom there is a button that says "Start a Discussion" (this area is for blatant self promotion :-) ).
