Monumental Half Marathon

I signed up for the Monumental Half marathon this November. About 2.75 months to train. Anyone else doing it or the full marathon?

Back from a great 2 weeks “drive and fly” vacation to CO and back. Our friend in CO hosts an annual fly-in for powerparagliders. We drove through IL, IA NE, SD, WY, CO, KS, MO, IL, back to IN. Visited the Badlands National Park and flew just outside the park one evening. It’s beautiful hiking in it but it’s more beautiful when seen from the air! Flooding as seen from above

1 hr 6 mins of video taken with Oregon Scientific action cam edited to less than 2 mins 15 secs video of flooded fields south on I-65 towards Franklin. It's quite a sight to see all the standing water which has no where to go as the ground is so saturated. This is what I do as a hobby - Power Paragliding. watch?v=n_wwghjxEfI

MOD Musing and Hoosier pride

I just came back from both my birthday and hobby trip. In that time, I’ve been on crash course learning about MOD and aiff extensions and converting them to MPEG-2 and then there is MPEG 4, freeware and shareware like Audacity and Square 5’s MPEG Streamclip etc etc. They were Greek to me!
