Hi, Erin! I was just thinking about you as I reached in the fridge for the honey chipotle butter. My neighbor told me she shops your booth at the Carmel Farmers Market, too.

Erin, you might check with Neal Brown re: your packaging question. I know he's done quite a bit of research in that area when they were looking at the baby food project.

I am excited to hear that you are looking at expanding your production and distribution. We love local product. If you want to get in touch with me about how we manage samples, screening new product, and deciding what to bring in - just send me a message.

Fun site, Erin. I'm interested in learning more about channels in which you distribute. How's the farmer's market thing work?

crud, couldn't figure out how to make wednesdays work. we usually run out of about 75% of our stuff by Saturday, and we do our production mainly on thursdays so that everything is fresh for the weekend. I love working with Joe! His shop is great!
