Here it is: Our 48 Hour Film Fest entry

We Didn't Win Anything.

First the powerball, now the 48 Hour Film Fest. We're on a roll. Granted, its a downward roll, but a roll nonetheless. We didn't win best use of elements, editing, screenplay, we especially didn't win Best Use of Puppets. We did have a blast all weekend being a part of this festival, and have a short that we're proud of, which is really just as good as winning if you ask us. The short film Foil won best of Indianapolis and will be moving on to the International competition. It had great produc… Continue

Thats a wrap.

Its finished. We pulled it off (the production part anyway). We still have to drive it downtown and put it in Phil's hot little hands. We screen on Wednesday. Post or email for details.

We didn't win the Powerball.

One of our props was a Powerball ticket. We had two. If we won we were to all split it evenly. Just checked the numbers. We didn't win.

Hour 38 of 48

Digitizing footage. We got cocky. Went out for beers after the shoot yesterday and didn't start digitizing until this morning. We're very proud of ourselves at the moment. The footage looks great, and there are some pretty hilarious lines. Its' possible that we're a little too close to it, I guess the audience will let us know. That will be fun. Highlights from yesterday. Our script deals with a terribly placed power outage and the reaction to it by a freshly newylwed couple. Nature almost he… Continue

Tim,
I've seen Peal a couple of times and used to run into Jeff often at various concerts. I first learned about Peal when I was talking to Ed Toth at a show. He told me he was producing Peal's album and recommend the band to me. I went to see them a few weeks later and I liked what I heard.

I thought the album was very good and love the harmonies. I'm not going to be able to make the March 29th show, but I wish you luck.

Rock On!
